AVO MISO TAHINI DRESSING

A dressing that is honestly so scrumptious you will wonder what life was like before it. Perfect for a lunch of steamed vegetables with chicken or fish, on your favourite salad, really choose your own adventure!

AVOCADO MISO TAHINI DRESSING

Serves 4

1/2 medium avocado, mashed
1 1/2 tablespoons red miso paste
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
