CATERING : NOURISHING GREENPEACE

We have the pleasure of working with a variety of brands, people and companies in our work in nutrition and in particular our catering is reaching more and more of these individuals and groups, which honestly couldn’t make me happier. In an effort to share more of the behind the scenes and what’s happening in our catering kitchen in Bondi Beach – Brown Paper Kitchen – I’m sharing one of the lunches we produced this week for Greenpeace.

In keeping with their philosophy of protecting and preserving our earth we produced vegan nourish bowls for the team’s lunch with a variety of salads in each.

 

This beauty – red cabbage and kale slaw, turmeric quinoa roast pumpkin and kale salad, and a zucchini noodle basil and tomato salad.

The colour is such a stand out in these numbers and not only are they stunning and engaging, but they taste incredible and fuel our clients with optimum nutrition too. In the below… spiced sweet potato with coconut, steamed greens with miso and sesame, vietnamese noodle salad. Delish.
