CURRY SPICED CAULIFLOWER
Meat Free Monday looking mighty fine with these deliciously spiced cauliflower ‘steaks’. That said, why reserve them for a Monday – any time of the week is a good time for these!
CURRY SPICED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS
GF : DF : SF : VEGAN
1 whole head of cauliflower, cut 1-2cm on the round so as many large pieces stay intact
2-3 teaspoons curry spice
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 200C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. Place cauliflower on tray, drizzle with coconut oil then sprinkle with curry spice and sea salt. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
