Fruit and Nut Chocolate

Cos I am old school and despite all the super trendy blends of deliciousness this STILL wins me over…

To make it combine 3/4 cup melted coconut oil with 3/4 cup raw cacao powder and 3 tbsp maple plus a dash or glug you choose of vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Then roughly chop about 1 or 1.5 cups mixed nuts like pecan, hazelnut and macadamia (again whatever you have handy though!)

Line a loaf tin or similar with greaseproof paper, add half the nut mix and about 1/2 -3/4 cup mixed dried fruit such as cranberries, currants and sultanas.

Pour over half choc mix, add remaining nuts and remaining choc and you’re done!!

Well pop it in the fridge first for an hour or two and THEN you’re done ✅ takes 5 to prep but actually endless hours of satisfaction- I chop mine into about 30 or more pieces and only need 1 to get my hit, it’s scrumptious – make now friends!
