How to use up end of season stone fruit with a delicious haloumi salad!

Stone fruit season, well peaches and nectarines are coming to an end, and I’m finding the selection a touch hit and miss too with floury stone fruit a bit of a feature in the fruit bowl. They go wonderfully in a fruit crumble but if you’d like a salad to knock your socks off then this one is for you!

I’ve tweaked the dressing slightly in my video variation and added a few walnuts t0 the top but th rest is more or less the same.
