And it’s epic… Picture stunning views over Sydney Harbour in the glistening sun with a glass of Moet Rose on arrival.

But then there’s the ‘buffet’, which frankly isn’t your standard buffet, in fact it feels so far from what we come to expect in hotel world. There’s pastry and fruit of course, but hello sashimi for brunch (yes please), salumi, and did I mentioned the cheese board?!?! You guys, a cheese board for at 1030am – beyond! But wait, there’s more…


As you are seated by the (+important note) delightfully handsome staff and offered tea, coffee, Moet, mocktail and other such delicious refreshments, you are presented with a menu from which to select your entree and main too. I won’t be the spoiler of all great things Zephyr, (it’s a must try for Sydney siders and tourists alike) but if I am to deliver my favourite element – all the dishes arrive in the tiny portions I LOVE because hello to the dream of tasting EVERYTHING on the menu.  No fomo, no food envy, no filling up on one because you can taste it all!
