A quick run through on the importance of iron for mummas and bubbas. Remember to think DIVERSITY when acquiring nutrients in the diet… try iron rich meals and snacks such as lentil dip (with garlic) and veggie sticks, greens sautéed with white beans and a big squeeze of lemon, mixed bean salad, snack on raw nuts and seeds, enjoy tofu curry for dinner!
