KETTLEBELL CAPERS WITH BUF GIRLS
If you’re a lover of a kettlebell session (or even a first timer) then this circuit has your name on it! Programmed by our April Fitness Expert, Cathy Morton of Buf Girls and trialled by Jacq Alwill, it delivers on its promise to give you a full body workout, get the heart rate up and as always put a smile on your dial.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Set your timer for 30 minutes. Work through the 5 exercises back to back, then whip through 200 skips or a 300m run and start over! See how many rounds you can complete in the time.
