A recipe for your summer glow and healthy shiny hair!

KIWI, MINT AND HONEY ICY POLES

Makes 6 icy poles

GF : DF : RSF

200ml fresh squeezed orange juice+

200ml fresh squeeze pink grapefruit juice +

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 sprig mint leaves, sliced

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Place orange and grapefruit juice, honey and mint leaves in a blender and blitz to combine.

Press kiwi fruit pieces into the sides of icy pole containers, then pour in juice blend.

Pop icy pole stick in the top and set overnight.

+ You can swap the juices for 400ml coconut cream if you would like a creamy change from the fruits.
