LITTLE REMINDER IN HEALTH AT THIS FESTIVE TIME OF YEAR

Taking a moment each time our beautiful produce rocks in the door to appreciate the little things (that are so beautiful) particularly at this time of year when we all seem to get so caught up in ‘life’ that sometimes we forget the simple things.

So often with our health when life ramps up a notch #festiveseason the simplicity of daily practice goes out the window, and we either turn to the wrong foods or we try to take on too much and the process becomes way more complicated than what it needs to be.

This is my gentle reminder to you to just keep it simple, if things are busy then don’t try to do overwhelm yourself with more, take a moment to revisit simple principles in health so your body is supported – plenty of water, not too much coffee, switching off your phone an hour before bed so you have quality sleep, and with this health and that health trend complicating the process just revisit what your mum probably always told you and I’ll tell you again – eat ya veggies, they’re good for you. Let’s work through this fun festive season and support each other.
