Make change to your health one day at a time, not all at once
ONE DAY AT A TIME.
I want you to say that, especially when you’re just starting out. Whatever the start is.
For those who have reevaluated their health and decided to make a start on change, please each day just remind yourself you can take this one day at a time and it will STILL make a tremendous difference.
You don’t have to do EVERYTHING overnight. In fact if you do try to do everything overnight, likely you won’t be able to sustain it. So rather than whack overwhelm and anxiety into change, make the changes subtle and sustainable and understand the process can take longer, but it’s worth it for the longevity of that change.
