This delicious number is made of roasted carrot tops in cinnamon, baked celery tops and leaves, leftover eggplant, pumpkin skins baked in cumin, random herb bits and the dregs of the seed snap jar all on the pretty outer leaf of the red cabbage You like? I dolloped it with some of the bits of the yoghurt pot around the edge mixed with olive oil and a squeeze

Have just returned from the BEST break, and the longest one I’ve had in about 7 years!

Sleep, cuddles, surfs, swims, boogie boarding, looooong beach and bush walks, reading (4 books – I have to share those with you – inspired is an understatement), colouring in and origami making, a whole lot of just staring out to nowhere and being not doing, and of course so much great FOOD none of which was really shared on the gram because I took a solid break from social media and man does that help that relaxing feeling. : )
The time out really gave me the reset I was craving, it helped me tune into what my body needs on all levels, and gave me space to reflect on what was and what may be ahead and how I want to flow with it all. I’m so hungry to create and put it out to the world and to share the journey with you.

Feel so rested, refreshed and absolutely bursting with excitement for this year! So much to share – far out brussel sprout!
Thought I would dive into 2018 and this cracker of a Monday with a delicious bowl of my favourites…

Toasty chickpeas, tahini yoghurt, dukkah, kale, pommie, zucchini ribbons, toms, sprouts and an avo slide for good measure. YUM! This kind of meal makes me feel not only stoked (on food, nutrition and life!) but it delivers a bounty of whole food ingredients in a bowl, which when combined deliver the richest sources of macro and micro nutrients to our bodies.

That’s the aim and I’m here to make that as easy for you as possible.

Let’s ride 2018 together with abundant health ok?
