Meeting our fam there, be so rad to have that time together, ski our lil hearts out and eat big yummy meals at the end of the day before doing it all over again yewwwww. AVO AND LIME TART

GF: SF : V

Base:

3/4 cup oats

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

3/4 cup desiccated coconut

2 tablespoon vanilla essence

 

For the top:

1 cup avocado flesh, approximately 2 avocados

1/2 cup fresh lime juice, approximately 4 limes

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 cups FIVEAM Organics Greek Yoghurt

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1 teaspoon camu powder

 

To make the base, place all the ingredients in food processor and blend until well combined and forming a dough-like consistency. Press base into a lined spring form tin and pop in the freezer while blending the top. To make the top, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth even consistency ahs been achieved. Pour the mixture over the base ingredients and spread evenly using a spatula. Return to the freezer to set for approximately 2 hours. Allow to thaw for 10 minutes before serving.

    Hi, love the sound of this but wondering is there a substitute for the camu power or will it make a difference taste wise if it was left out. I can’t buy it locally…
