1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 banana, chopped

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

2 teaspoons acai powder

Place all ingredients in Boss to Go (See more on Boss to Go hereor high powered blender and blitz until smooth. Top with granola, goji berries or other ingredients of choice.
