Serves 1
1 frozen banana
1 cup blueberries
2 cups baby spinach
1tbsp beetroot powder or a half a small raw beetroot (peeled and sliced)
2 tablespoons brown rice or pea protein
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup FIVE:AM Organics Natural or Greek Yoghurt
To serve: fresh strawberries, granola, seasonal fruits and an extra dollop of FIVEAM. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, serve immediately.
Can be stored for 24 hours and eaten the following morning for breakfast.
