2 cups high protein milk or nut milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons rice malt syrup
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Whisk intermittently for 3 minutes until the milk is warmed.
Divide between two glasses and top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon to serve.
