MEAT FREE MONDAY : SAUTEED BRUSSELS WITH GARLIC BEANS
Meat Free Monday was a concept developed some years ago now, firstly in the US, but it has taken off throughout Australia and the United Kingdom. It’s an insanely inspiring way to get people to cook, create and eat more diversely with the abundance of plants we have at out fingertips. We’re right on board Meat Free Monday in the Brown Paper Kitchen and often post a little recipe inspiration on a Monday for the tribe. Kicking off this week is this delicious protein, fibre and nutrient rich meal which absolutely does not compromise on flavour whatsoever. Cook as per the recipe or feel free to add in some nutritional yeast, a great source of B vitamins for vegans or pecorino/parmesan as you wish.
