My simple quick nutrition tip during this time is to make fresh vegetable juices a part of your day.
Enjoy plenty of :
- greens such as spinach, celery, cucumber, kale
- sour citrus such as lemon, lime and grapefruit
- if you need to sweeten with just a touch of fruit (apple, orange or pineapple) to boost your intake of immune boosting antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
Consider swapping out your afternoon coffee for a fresh vegetable juice and a small handful of mixed nuts and seeds to support your health during this time and beyond.
