Pumping up the greens, adding in some kraut, garlic toasted croutons from the bread bums of my sourdough loaf, eggs for protein and iron, healthy fats in walnuts and avo, and swapping out a cream dressing for yoghurt (you could use dairy or coyo) dressing which is NEXT LEVEL. I’m working with my dear friend, colleague, nutritionist and herbalist, Brittany Darling @wholefoodhealing to bring to you a 4 part series in nutrition for reproductive health, preconception, fertility, post natal, starting solids, early childhood nutrition and beyond .

Part 1: PRECONCEPTION + FERTILITY kicks off Tuesday 21 May in Sydney.

I think it’s so important we try to connect more face to face as a community and talk about the journey in fertility, conception and parenthood. It truly does create such a supportive environment which we need more than ever and I know this series will do that for you 😊 SO EXCITED FOR THIS – so much to share with you!!!!

Jacqueline is an Accredited Nutritional Medicine Practitioner specialising in family and early childhood nutrition and gut health. She writes for several media publications, hosts a regular nutrition segment on Channel 7 and in 2016 published her first book, "Seasons to Share" (Murdoch Books). Jacqueline is passionate about working with corporations and brands to support and educate their community and audience and is currently a media spokesperson and ambassador for Remedy Drinks, Eimele Australia, Woolworths, Kitchenaid and Nutrition Director at Bondi Bubs Wholefoods.
