He is kind, oh so patient, humble, just a bit divinely handsome, present, conscious and considered, loyal and equally strong as he allows himself to be vulnerable. He doesn’t let me sit in a funk for too long before stepping in with his love and reminding me of all the great things we share. He’s incredibly gentle but with a grip and cuddle so tight I know he will never let go. I am truly the luckiest to have you in my life  @svendsenfitnesshealth

I had you at berry, cinnamon, and cacao and then when I jumped in with cauliflower you no doubt questioned me am I right?????? Well, let me reassure you that whilst the wonder-veg-that-can-be-made-into-anything aka cauliflower is in this tart, you actually wouldn’t pick that it is and the tart is still deliciously sweet, wholesome and healthy all in one. I’ve included  @pompompaddock  Cauliflower Flour mix (made it with a pizza slice not long ago too!) with cacao, cinnamon, butter, and a couple of other simple ingredients for the tart

It’s definitely one of the easiest baked goodies for the Chrissy season, yet still so festive in flavour with ginger spice, pecans and hazelnuts. I made it gluten free using the Woolworths Free From Gluten Self Raising Flour only available at  @woolworths_au  and it was still lovely and fluffy.
