THE BARRE PROJECT LAUNCHES IN SYDNEY
Recently we had the joy (and muscular pain!!!) of experiencing Sydney’s newest fitness studio – The Barre Project.
If you think that barre workouts involve nothing more than tiny ballerinas standing in tights, you couldn’t be further from the truth. Barre is deceptively challenging resulting in quick change in your physique. Barre creates long, lean muscles and increases flexibility through the use of small, isometric movements – Laymen’s terms we use the body’s own resistance to tone the total body in record time. Barre goers will see changes in 5 classes!
The Barre Project has elevated the technique through LED lights, music, and top notch instructors. The studio allows you to block out the worries of the world while being led by trainers who have no problem helping you find the tiny body adjustments that will make a huge impact to your results.
