You will need : a good set of stairs + a grassy area
Time : 30 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
Lap 1 Stairs – Every step
Lap 2 Stairs – Every second step
Lap 3 Stairs – Every third step lunge
30 Push Up Dips
30 Log Jumps
30 Frog Jumps
