Think it’s fair to say December is fairly hectic and that sometimes we are a tad short on time? So in the spirit of giving you the tools, resources and trick that help you either save time o be more efficient with the way we use it I wanted to show you my session at Inpuls Studios.

What looks a normal session is far from it. This is a 20 minute full body workout and one of the most efficient ways you can maximise your 20 minutes and achieve a great effect on all your muscles.

See I am wearing le suit? I would like to think I am Lara Croft Tomb Raider but who am I kidding…moving on… The suit is hooked up to the EMS – electro muscular stimulation – machine which sends tiny impulses to my muscles during contraction to intensify their activation.

The effect is a challenging and super effective workout in 20 minutes, while being gentle on joints. SWEET.
