3 ways to include more hemp in your diet

Hemp are a tiny seed with a lovely mild, slightly nutty flavour. They’re rich in plant based amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which support energy production, reduce inflammation, support brain development, function and cell membrane structure in the human body, and can support cardiovascular health by helping to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Here are 3 great and easy ways you can include more hemp in your diet…

Make up a batch of scrumptiously, energising Superfood Protein Balls @mtelephant – the choc hazelnut flavour are EPIC.

Sprinkle hemp seeds over salads, breakfast bowls, wraps!

Meal prep a loaf of delicious hemp almond rosemary Savoury Protein Bread by @mtelephant and top with:

  • Cottage cheese / tomato
  • Avocado + chilli flakes
  • Smashed pumpkin / feta
