Healthy swaps for pizza and mindful eating

You don’t have to put cauliflower in pizza to make it healthy there are so many ways to enjoy pizza in good health.

You can try…
+ swapping your toppings and popping more veg on there rather than overload of cured meat
+ experimenting with different cheese – ricotta, cottage (like mine!) or cashew for plant based
+ having a big rocket or lettuce salad on the side to diversify the meal and up the greens
+ making with Lebanese bread or wraps which are faster cook anyway and not as heavy
+ buying really good quality ingredients to pop on the top
+ going out with friends and enjoying pizza however you like it, eating with joy and moving on!

Remember that healthy can be delivered in lots of different ways and focusing on eating mindfully is one of the absolute best.
