Serve 1
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup strawberries
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
1/2 cup high protein milk
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
To serve: 2 tablespoons chopped almonds, sliced dragonfruit, blueberries, sliced strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blend to combine.
Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of extras.
