Serves 1
1 cup black tea, room temp or chilled
1/2 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 date
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch ground cardamom
pinch ground cloves
2 teaspoons chia seeds
To serve: Extra sprinkle of chia and cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
