Makes 6 small icy poles
500g coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon honey or alternative sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blitz until creamy. Pour into icy pole moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours. Eat!
