Serves 1
2 slices Sweet Potato Buckwheat Bread
1/4 small avocado
100g minute steak
1 small tomato sliced
2 teaspoons Carthian Hill x Pepe Saya Garlic Butter
Sauerkraut, fresh herbs, sea salt and black pepper to serve
Heat a large fry pan on medium heat and add a drop of Garlic Butter to coat. Place bread in one side of pan to toast 2 minutes each side. When the second side of the toast is cooking, pop minute steak in the pan to cook approximately 30-45 seconds each side. Remove all ingredients from pan. Top bread with avocado, steak, garlic butter and tomato. Season with sea salt and black pepper and serve with sauerkraut.
