Makes 12-16 pieces
½ cup coconut cream
¼ cup tahini
1tbsp raw organic honey
1tbsp maca powder
good pinch of vanilla powder or ½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch celtic sea salt
1tbsp coconut oil, melted
Pop all ingredients in the blender or food processor and pulse until it becomes a creamy paste. Pour into molds or a lined loaf tin and place in freezer to set for 6-8 hours. Best kept and served from the freezer.
