
THE “I’VE GOT NO TIME” WORKOUT
We’ve named this circuit the “I’ve got no time” workout, because let’s face it we’ve all said this at some point. But there is ALWAYS time to move. Programmed by our March fitness expert, Trent Knox, and trialled by Jacq Alwill, this one lives up to it’s name and forces you to stop making excuses – there are just as many minutes in the day for one person as the next. It’s your choice on how you use them.

You only need a small space to get this circuit done and 3 body movements. Push up, squat, burpee. Do this…
1 push up / 1 squat / 1 burpee
2 push up / 2 squat / 2 burpee
3 push up / 3 squat / 3 burpee
Do each movement and increase reps by one, moving up the pyramid until you reach 10 reps of each.
Then move back down the pyramid again.
If time or space allows do 1 block lap or 10 short sprints to seal the deal.
