VIDEO: How to cook Roast ‘Cheesy’ Cauliflower with Lentil Ragu

This week cook along with me with this divine plant based Roast Cheesy Cauliflower with Lentil Ragu. It’s been such a favourite in our home especially with the boys and requested to be kept in fridge sometimes for post surf fuel too. The beauty of it is that it can store well and reheat with ease and with 14g plant protein per serve it puts a monster appetite to bed. Enjoy!
