VIDEO: How to make delicious kombucha berry jam
So many easy and delicious ways you can include kombucha in your life beyond sipping it as a refreshing, gut loving drink. We absolutely love it in this newbie – kombucha berry jam – which I’ve made using Remedy Wild Berry Kombucha and more recently with Cherry Plum too.
KOMBUCHA BERRY JAM
Makes 1 x 400ml jar
Gluten free : Dairy Free : Vegan
2 cups (300g frozen weight) mixed frozen berries
3 tablespoons chia seeds (I prefer white chia)
1/2 cup (125ml) Remedy Wild Berry Kombucha
2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla extract
Defrost berries in a bowl until soft. Pour Wild Berry Kombucha into your measuring cup and allow the fizz to settle slightly. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine. Pour into a jar, seal and set in fridge overnight.

KOMBUCHA OVERNIGHT OATS
Dairy free : Vegan
1 1/2 cups (160g) rolled oats
2 cups (500ml) Remedy Wild Berry or Cherry Plum Kombucha
2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla
1 cup (80g) shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup (75g) raw cashews, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Cover and place in fridge overnight to soak. Serve with coconut yoghurt and your choice of seasonal fruits.
