Weekend meal prep ideas and recipes

A super rare moment today doing some WEEKEND MEAL PREP!!! I used to meal prep a lot, but then babies, pregnancy, and just wanting to enjoy Sunday fam time has taken me away from it a little. However, when I do even just do some (this by no means is “some” either this is now heeeeeeeaps!) my tired weekday self is a bit grateful for my smart weekend self.

+ lime jellies – plenty of recipes here… just swap out the flavours of the liquid with that you choose
+ choc chip cookies – I made these up but most of you know and love my choc olive oil cookies

+ juicy lasagne with ricotta instead of bechamel because it’s so much easier and pimped up with yummy mushrooms this week too – this one I made up but there is an amazing recipe for lasagne I have just over HERE.

Jacqueline is an Accredited Nutritional Medicine Practitioner specialising in family and early childhood nutrition and gut health. She writes for several media publications, hosts a regular nutrition segment on Channel 7 and in 2016 published her first book, "Seasons to Share" (Murdoch Books).
