Weekly smoothie blend recipe… Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
If your smoothie doesn’t satisfy you and you’re hungry an hour later you may need to pump up the volume friends, or try another brekky that does. Going to start posting my weekly blend for you all. ACTUALLY am obsessed by this and my green smoothie (posted the other day) but who know maybe next week will bring another smoothie blend of EPIC ENERGISING DELICIOUSNESS!!!!!!
To make it (serves 2) 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 cups water, 1.5 cup frozen raspberry, 1 cup frozen cauliflower (no taste of it TRUST ME!!!), 3 tbsp chia, 3 tbsp shredded coconut, 2 serves protein pow choc , 2 tsp magnesium powder, 2 tsp collagen powder, good pinch cinnamon, 2 tbsp ABC butter (almond Brazil cashew) – BLEND!!!!!
