You won’t get results overnight…
All too frequently I see people throw their health efforts away because things aren’t happening fast enough for what they want so “why bother?”
Well, let me just drop this little reminder here, that when it comes to nutrition and health, very little can happen overnight – except a good night sleep perhaps!!!
When you commit to changing your health – exercise, diet, nutrition, sleep, mental health – you have to be ready for the long game. A supplement isn’t a Panadol, it takes time. Eating healthier for one day needs to be backed up the next.
Health and having an impact on it is about creating habits, small changes you can sustain. If someone sells you a hard fast result, think about the number of times you’ve been able to sustain hard and fast. There’s a reason you haven’t, because it’s not possible. What is possible is reminding yourself that results don’t happen overnight, but if you are committed and consistent about feeling better within yourself, the change and result will come.
Just have a little patience. It’s so very very worth it.
