Brown Paper Nutrition

Sitting here posting these today but they’ve been sitting in my freezer for the past month. Smart-self back in December (amidst all that chaos) thought January-hit-the-ground-running-self would really appreciate a quick snack and these were the result.

They taste like you nut-ella-what, but better, and have the added beauty and bonus nutrients such as:

  • magnesium in cacao,
  • fibre in dates,
  • plant proteins and healthy fats to satiate appetite in hazelnuts,
  • and if you pop in some of your go-to protein powder you’re making them a skin loving, extra protein rich snack too.
