1 day ago by brownpapernutrition BAKED ZUCCHINI CRISPY CHICKPEAS HUMMUS HERBS AND DUKKAH : Legit lived on this number for about 4 days recently. It absolutely saved me on the days of mania with homeschool and baby. Enjoyed as it was, with some extra seeds snaps or a piece of sourdough some days and others with (pre) boiled eggs too. Delicious way to pack plenty of greens, fibre, plant protein and healthy fats into one. Recipe now up on the blog! Happy Sunday y'all! Jacq  #plantbasedrecipes

TEFF PIZZA

This is delicious when fresh but after day one it will be best kept in the fridge up to 1 week or sliced and stored in the freezer up to 3 weeks. Toasting the loaf brings out the flavours.

PANTRY MUST HAVES TO KEEP YOU IN GOOD HEALTH

No denying there are a fair few ingredients constituting the pantry of a nutritionist, and whilst not all items are absolute necessity (the diversity of ingredients definitely comes with curiosity in food creations) there are some which will help keep your health in check as you move into the year ahead. When you fuel your pantry, fridge,...

RUN YOUR OWN RACE
