Jacqueline Alwill

Accredited Nutritionist (ATMS 27046) : B Business : B Arts : Cert 3 + 4 Fitness

Jacqueline Alwill is a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, author and presenter. She is dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing and happiness of all individuals.

Jacqueline has established herself as a leading Australian nutritionist, author, presenter, director of wholefoods catering company, Brown Paper Kitchen and in 2018 she successfully launched an online meal delivery service, Brown Paper Eats.

Jacqueline’s philosophy in health lays the foundations for the experience clients and the community have in her practice, workshops and the food they cook and taste. “At the heart of Brown Paper Nutrition is sharing good health with those around you. Giving people an experience in nutrition, health and wellbeing that makes them feel empowered to start and continue a journey to optimal health”.

Brown Paper Nutrition was born from a very simple concept when Jacqueline was young. With an early love affair for food, Jacqueline found her family couldn’t keep up with her cooking ventures, so she would bundle little treats up in a brown paper bag and share them with her friends and neighbours.

This concept is what brought Brown Paper Nutrition to life, and to its strength today. Making delicious, wholesome food, enriched with wonderful nutrition and sharing the experience with those around you.

“When you have a taste of just how good healthy is, really, there’s no reason to look back. A good diet with nourishing food, doesn’t need to be complex, it’s a space to find your creativity, learn and share a truly incredible experience in nutrition and health.”

Jacqueline is an accomplished public speaker, regularly appearing at Health and Wellness events both to speak, and provide engaging nutrition and cooking demonstrations.

And the sharing doesn‘t just stop there, Jacqueline is a regular writer for Sporteluxe, Triple White,  Body and Soul, Men’s Health, and RUSSH and has contributed to The Sydney Morning Herald, Elle, Marie Claire, Dolly, Cleo, The Cusp, and Girlfriend magazines, amidst weekly appearances on  Channel Seven’s The Morning Show, The Project and The Daily Edition.

Jacqueline has worked on numerous campaigns in nutrition and health for The Cook’s Grocer, Tetley Tea, Brita, Breville Australia, Australia Beef (MLA), Jurlique, FIVE:AM Organics, Bioglan Superfoods and more. She is a contributor to RUSSH magazine, Sporteluxe, Men’s Health, Cleo, Dolly, Good Health, Prevention, GMHBA, FMTV and more. Jacqueline joins the panel on Channel Seven’s The Daily Edition, The Morning Show, The Project and Sky Business News frequently to spread the message of nutrition and health.

Currently, Jacqueline is currently busy working as a consulting nutritionist, ambassador, content and recipe creator  for Jurlique, and spokesperson for Remedy Kombucha as their official nutritionist, providing qualified and trusted advice on issues relating to the health and wellness benefits of Kombucha.

Jacqueline is a published author, her book Seasons to Share, features 130 simple, nutritious, seasonal and versatile recipes. Each dish is delicious devoured on its own or served as part of a larger meal for family and friends.

Away from the kitchen, you’ll find Jacq hiking around Australia, travelling and surfing with her son Jet.
