Jacqueline’s philosophy in health lays the foundations for the experience clients and the community have in her practice, workshops and the food they cook and taste. “At the heart of Brown Paper Nutrition is sharing good health with those around you. Giving people an experience in nutrition, health and wellbeing that makes them feel empowered to start and continue a journey to optimal health”.
Brown Paper Nutrition was born from a very simple concept when Jacqueline was young. With an early love affair for food, Jacqueline found her family couldn’t keep up with her cooking ventures, so she would bundle little treats up in a brown paper bag and share them with her friends and neighbours.
This concept is what brought Brown Paper Nutrition to life, and to its strength today. Making delicious, wholesome food, enriched with wonderful nutrition and sharing the experience with those around you.
“When you have a taste of just how good healthy is, really, there’s no reason to look back. A good diet with nourishing food, doesn’t need to be complex, it’s a space to find your creativity, learn and share a truly incredible experience in nutrition and health.”
Jacqueline is an accomplished public speaker, regularly appearing at Health and Wellness events both to speak, and provide engaging nutrition and cooking demonstrations.
