Makes 20 bars
2 cups raw cashews
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
1/ 4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
3 tablespoons MCT or melted coconut oil
Optional: 4 scoops / serves marine collagen powder
Place cashews in food processor and blitz to crumb.
Add remaining ingredients and blitz to form a doughy consistency.
Press into a lined 14x24cm loaf tin and place in freezer to set for 2 hours.
Slice into pieces and store in fridge up to 2 weeks or freezer up to 4 weeks.
