Why lunch? Well i figure brekky you can pretty much pick up easily even if it’s muesli and yoghurt to have at your desk but lunch rolls around and people generally have their moment of fast food temptation and then go into party food and alcohol for the evening ahead. I had you at berry, cinnamon, and cacao and then when I jumped in with cauliflower you no doubt questioned me am I right?????? Well, let me reassure you that whilst the wonder-veg-that-can-be-made-into-anything aka cauliflower is in this tart, you actually wouldn’t pick that it is and the tart is still deliciously sweet, wholesome and healthy all in one. I’ve included  @pompompaddock  Cauliflower Flour mix (made it with a pizza slice not long ago too!) with cacao, cinnamon, butter, and a couple of other simple ingredients for the tart

He is kind, oh so patient, humble, just a bit divinely handsome, present, conscious and considered, loyal and equally strong as he allows himself to be vulnerable. He doesn’t let me sit in a funk for too long before stepping in with his love and reminding me of all the great things we share. Summer style with Country Road and two wholesome nutritious recipes

Really very humbled to be doing some work with aspirational Aussie brand Country Road this year. Kicking off with some super delicious, no fuss, wholesome recipes and a story I also styled and shot with their beautiful homewares.

I wanted to the recipes to be easy, naturally nutritious, but also something a little different to the summer norm with plenty of veggies and things you can make in advance. I think after the festive / Christmas period and throughout summer when we’re still entertaining it’s great to find foods that can be prepped in advance and really ready to simply pop on the table as your fam or friends arrive and I think these have lived up to that idea.

Jacqueline is an Accredited Nutritional Medicine Practitioner specialising in family and early childhood nutrition and gut health. She writes for several media publications, hosts a regular nutrition segment on Channel 7 and in 2016 published her first book, "Seasons to Share" (Murdoch Books). Jacqueline is passionate about working with corporations and brands to support and educate their community and audience and is currently a media spokesperson and ambassador for Remedy Drinks, Eimele Australia, Woolworths, Kitchenaid and Nutrition Director at Bondi Bubs Wholefoods.
