Back into nature with some local Sydney hikes, less challenging than those in the Blue Mountains of late and this time just a few minutes away from our doorstep. The bush surrounding Manly Dam is a special place that includes remnants of Aboriginal camps and luckily for us a range of hiking trails for all ages and exercise levels. For a cruisy Sunday hike it’s easy enough to complete the Park Circuit Track and Wildflower Walk in around 3 hours, with plenty to enjoy along the way.

+ A few hikers snacks. Pure wholesome nutrition, light on digestion and deliciously energising too.

Quick pit stop by the river to enjoy a bite to eat approximately half way through the track. MANLY DAM 1 - 1
