BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE and adding vegetables to smoothies

Thick and creamy and so yum my kids keep pinching it! You’ll see I add vegetables to my smoothies whenever possible, even if it’s just a floret of frozen cauliflower or a 4cm piece of frozen zucchini or a handful of spinach. Whilst this may not seem like much remember that small extras like this here and there throughout your day all add up! A floret of cauliflower in a smoothie and a small carrot later just before dinner whilst your’e waiting and hungry is another serve of vegetables you may not have otherwise snuck in. I’ll do a video on what different serves of vegetables look like and sneaky ways to get more in soon for you too.

To make this blend grab these ingredients :

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Serves 1

Gluten free : Dairy Free (opt) : Vegetarian / Vegan

1 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup water

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 frozen banana

1tbsp chia seeds

1tbsp hemp seeds

1 medjool date

6 or so cashews

1 floret FROZEN cauliflower

1-2tbsp frozen or fresh avo

big squeeze lime juice

dash of vanilla .

If you don’t yet have a good blender invest in one it’s so worth it, mine is a (pre) bday present and it’s a @vitamix_aunz . Enjoy!!!!!!
