Hand crafted by Robert Mills Architects and Interior Designers, the new Sydney studio is housed in a 1930s art deco building where One Hot Yoga & Pilates brings a fresh perspective and a new energy that draws on the point of connection between architecture, design, mindfulness and movement. “One Hot Yoga & Pilates Sydney draws on the philosophy that physical and psychological wellbeing is directly influenced by internal and external space,” said Mills, owner and architect.
Offering a peaceful retreat and a place to find wisdom in daily ritual, timber floors feel smooth and cool underfoot and meet floor to ceiling mirrors. Natural fabrics are draped over the original steel framed windows, creating an atmosphere of calm without blocking the natural light or stunning views of Sydney’s CBD on one side and Paddington on the other.
