The all natural deodorant I’m using right now and other can’t live withouts in my bag

A few of the ‘can’t leave home without items’ in my bag RN. Plenty of water (breastfeeding takes so much hydration out of you), snacks always (whether feeding or not 😆 …) and of course something to stay fresh because I don’t mind a bit of an outing with bubba and catching up with people here and there, but I definitely don’t want to greet them as a sweaty betty, so I pop some of the new Schmidt’s Naturals Deodorant in my bag too.

Schmidt’s is created with plant and mineral formulations, without nasties like aluminium, parabens and phthalates so I feel confident putting it on my skin where bubba nestles in so near to. 👶 Their philosophy is similar to mine – helping people make small changes to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

So let me drop this reminder here too – you don’t have to change everything you’re doing overnight, or in a week, or a month! You can do it slowly and in fact the more you take small steps rather than giant leaps with your health and wellbeing the better you will sustain the habit for good. 💪🏻It’s taken a while for our family to transition to more natural products in our home, and whilst there is still a way to go, I’m stoked on how far we’ve come.

What’s a simple change you could make this week and keep for the next few months? J 😗😗
